At this year's Girls Day, we were once again able to welcome schoolgirls from IGS Hermeskeil to our mechanical engineering company. It was an exciting opportunity to give the young ladies an insight into the fascinating world of mechanical engineering and to show them that women can also play an important role here. We were thrilled to see how motivated they were to take part in the various workshops and how they increasingly gained confidence in their own abilities. It was inspiring to see her growing interest and enthusiasm. Our goal at Girls' Day was to arouse interest in technical professions among young women and inspire them to pursue a career in this exciting field. We hope that this day has contributed to that and that we can welcome more women in the future.
