Komage has more than 25 years' experience in the
technology of multi-layer filling. 

Model S-ML:

The S-ML press system has been developed specifically for the production of multi-layered components. In this case, the S-ML press system can be fitted with up to 5 closed-loop controlled, freely programmable filling drives. There is also an option to fit filling boxes with up to four slideable chambers. A large number of filling layers can be achieved by combining these measures. Furthermore, with the S-ML it is possible to implement stepless material transitions.

In addition to horizontal multi-layer filling, it is also possible to manufacture pressed parts with vertical material layers.
