| Application Due to the CN-controlled process of all movements and the hydraulic stops of the positions, the production always proceeds according to the set-up parameters. Wear and tear, vibrations or beats in the pressing process do not occur and cannot influence the product quality. The prepared and optimised programs can be archived and are available when a new production run takes place. Short tool exchanges- and set-up times increase the productivity. The flexibility of free programming offers an economical potential, even for small production series with numerous tool alternations. |

| The advanced adapter technology makes the pressing of tight tolerances with highest precision possible. The quality of the compacts can be adjusted and improved individually by utilising all fill-, press- and removal techniques. The evaluation takes place according to compact height, press force or weight of compact. The die is filled evenly for each compact during the entire production run, even if the powder is viscous. The removal of the compact occurs gently and through applied load and punch release, the compact remains practically crack free. User friendly screens (tables) make the emergence in the new press technology easy, even for inexperienced users, and graphical support simplifies the programming input. Automation units can be integrated into the control system. The production is documented and monitored via a statistical process control (SPC). The mechanical top punch drive and the capacity-controlled hydraulic results in the highest economic efficiency. The comprehensive diagnosis program FSS (full service system) delivers clear text indicators for disturbance messages and input errors. The support communication with the specialists of KOMAGE's service department occurs via a Modem or Internet. |
