| Application The production always corresponds with the set-up parameters due to the mechanically forced movement of the top punch and the CNC-controlled process of all movements with hydraulic stops of the positions. Wear and tear, vibrations or beats do not occur during the press process and can therefore not influence the product quality. The prepared and optimised programs can be archived and are available when production starts again. Short tool change-and set-up times increase the productivity. The advanced adapter technology make the pressing of tight tolerances with highest precision possible. The quality of the compact can be individually adjusted and improved by utilising all fill-, press and removal techniques. |

| The automatic fill correction can be set up via free programmable tolerance limits. If the punches are divided, each tool axis is individually corrected. The evaluation occurs according to the compact's height, press force or the weight of the compact. The die is therefore filled homogeneously from compact to compact during the entire production even with viscous powder. |
