KOMAGE KMA
The KOMAGE KMA is a mechanical high capacity press with CNcontrolled, hydraulically actuated die for the economical pressing of powdery substances.

The press was solely designed for high stoke capabilities which simultaneously guarantees a high accuracy of the press parts. However, the KMA-Series is reduced to the press-technically important attributes that are necessary for the production of simple press parts and stepped form bodies with open loop controlled adapter.

This guarantees, that the KMA press exceeds the flexibility and economic efficiency of a mechanical press.


Mode of operation
The KOMAGE KMA press operates in general according to the withdrawal method, with fixed bottom punch.

Due to the CN-controlled die movement, definite production advantages can be utilized.: The adjustment of the die movementto a product occurs through programming of the parameters.

This means, that the tooling can be integrated into the production cycle rather quickly. The set up times during tool change is reduced accordingly. Through the controlled course of the die movement, the production always takes place according to the adjusted parameter.
