Machine construction company: Heavy tasks – elegant solutions Our customer produces hart metal rings and blanking dies. The compacts that needed to be manufactured were suppose to be 50 kg. Their size and the enormous weight required an individually equipped press for the production. With this special task at hand, the machine construction company contacted us. KOMAGE designed a hydraulic 600-ton-press system, equipped with 4 press axes. It is exactly adjusted to the production task, with special fill device for powder quantity up to 50 kg, with automatic fill boxes and hoppers, with special tools for the manufacturing of tremendously big compacts and with an automatic removal system. A technically elegant solution for the heavy problem was found – an economical production process was secured. |
